West coast cheers
With our bodies covered in the dust of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, unfortunately none of which was gold in colour… We are in need of a deep rinse and with all agreeing this can only be done in the ocean off Australia’s west coast.
The Indian Ocean and Perth is our next exciting destination. The city of Perth is West Australia’s capital city and also happens to be the most isolated capital in the world, in terms of distance from it’s nations capital.
Our arrival is in perfect timing for a quick campground set up and a dash to the coast for a splash in the waves and a nice sun set. For myself this is a first. Growing up and living in the eastern states I have witnessed many a sunrise over the sea but never ended a day watching our golden sun slip beneath the waves. Yes I am excited and with semi clear sky’s we should be in for a beauty.
