It is already becoming customary to book the trip with your company, especially for counting with your personal attention. Going to visit my daughter in Australia the trip is solitary, silent, mainly because of the difficulty of the language for communication. But I travel peacefully, as the communication channel with you is always open for any kind of requests.

The difference is precisely in this trust that I can deposit, I travel with the feeling of not being alone before, during and after the flights. And when the return date comes, I’m reminded again of the precious details. I never feel alone!

Our trip to Switzerland was wonderful! Many thanks for your support! It was not the first time we traveled with Southside Travel and it surely will not be our last. With your support I’m sure we chose the best hotel in the city and the air ticket that best suited our needs. We were much more relaxed in having your support to prepare and plan our trip!

When my family and I decided to travel to Italy and Portugal we contacted Southside Travel to help with the airfare. Unfortunately, the price was a little above our budget and we ended up getting it with another company, but as Rafaela’s service was excellent, we decided that we would not look for another agency to quote the other services.

We talked to Rafaela about our travel plans and she promptly put together a fantastic itinerary according to the plan and cities of interest, always paying attention to every detail according to our profile. She booked great hotels with fair prices, not to mention she also booked the car hire with insurance included.

Besides all this, Rafaela still set up a travel diary with a day to day itinerary. This diary was fundamental in our trip and it helped us a lot, even had tips on where to have a delicious coffee, where to have lunch, dinner and so on. I cannot forget to mention that the support pre and during the trip was exceptional (she was always available to help us regardless even on later hours).

We really enjoyed your service, helping us choose a great hotel with great cost x benefit too, in guiding the steps of travel planning like passport, vaccination (which was not mandatory at the time but we took according to your suggestion if a problem arose in the future and became mandatory the day before the flight), travel insurance, suggestion of sightseeing, etc.

We loved your attention, patience and agility to reply and ease our questions, including some on the weekend 😳.

Our honeymoon trip was very important to us and we wanted everything to go well and smoothly, and with you we felt safe, certain that everything was right and that we would not have any “bad surprises” afterwards.
